Charter Flights Out of Columbus and the Surrounding Area

No matter which town you start from, each trip gets the same checks on the aircraft, the crew, the weather and the airport before we confirm it. After that, we give you an all-inclusive quote by phone, priced point to point, so you only pay for the leg you fly.

The Towns Our Passengers Come From

Many of the people we fly are based in Columbus, Edinburgh, Franklin, Greenwood or Whiteland. Others come from Seymour, North Vernon, Brownstown, Greensburg, Shelbyville and Country Squire Lakes. Since we plan from our office and over phone and video, your location has no effect on how your trip gets arranged. We choose the airport and FBO that fit your drive, your party and the aircraft the trip calls for.

Every town gets the same safety review. Before a departure is confirmed, we check the operator flying the aircraft, how long the crew has been on duty, the runway at each end and the weather forecast. When something is off, we say so plainly and suggest a different aircraft or time. A company trip and a family getaway are checked the same way.

What We Plan Around in South Central Indiana

  1. 01

    Winter weather

Snow and freezing rain show up most winters here. Ice on the wings is a real hazard, so we confirm the FBO can de-ice your aircraft before departure and we build extra time into winter schedules. If the forecast turns, we call you early with options instead of waiting for the morning of the flight.

  2. 02

    Spring and summer storms

Thunderstorms build fast in the warm months. Crews route around them, and sometimes that means a later departure or a fuel stop. We would rather you land a little late than fly into bad weather.

  3. 03

    Runways and aircraft size

Smaller regional airports often have shorter runways. A turboprop or light jet can use most of them. A super-midsize or heavy jet may need a longer runway, so for bigger groups or longer trips we may suggest a departure a short drive farther away. We explain the trade before you book.

  4. 04

    Short notice trips

We take calls around the clock for time-sensitive trips. Short notice does not mean skipped checks. We still confirm the crew is rested and the aircraft is ready before we give you a departure time.

  5. 05

    Pets and onboard WIFI

Pets can fly with you on our charters. If you plan to answer email or sit in on calls during the trip, we can match you with a WIFI equipped aircraft. Mention your pet's size and crate when you phone so the cabin fits.
