About Our Private Jet Charter Team in Columbus

We arrange private flights for business travelers, families and groups who want to fly on their own schedule. Before we book any aircraft, we check the operator, the crew and the plane itself. You get an all-inclusive quote by phone, with nothing to join and no long-term commitment.

How We Work

We are a charter company based in Columbus, Indiana. We do not sell flight hours in advance or ask you to sign up for a program. You call, tell us where and when you need to go, and we find the right aircraft for that one trip. We price every flight point to point. Flying one way means you pay for one way, not for a return leg nobody is on.

Safety decides what we offer you. We book with operators that fly under an FAA Part 135 certificate, the rule set for on demand charter. Then we look closer: the operator's safety record, how its pilots are trained and rested, and the maintenance status of the specific aircraft on your trip. If something does not check out, we pass on that plane, even when it is the lowest price we found.

Most of our work happens by phone and video, or at our office. We walk you through the quote line by line. That means the aircraft, the crew, fuel, landing and FBO fees, and any overnight costs if the crew has to stay. Our quotes are all-inclusive, with no hidden costs showing up after you land.

What You Can Count On

  1. 01

Crew rest comes before the schedule

If a late departure would push the crew past their duty limits, we tell you and plan around it. A rested crew is not something we trade for an earlier takeoff.

  2. 02

    Pilots make the weather call

The captain has the final say on whether a flight goes. When storms or ice move through, we call you early with options, like a later departure or a different airport. You hear it from us before you get to the FBO, not after.

  3. 03

A backup plan if an aircraft is grounded

Even well-kept planes can develop a mechanical problem. When that happens, our mechanical insurance pays up to 100% of the cost of the replacement flight. You still reach your destination, and you are not stuck buying the trip a second time.

  4. 04

    Pets ride with you

Pets are allowed. We tell the operator ahead of time so the crew can plan seating and secure carriers before departure. Need to work in the air? We confirm a WIFI equipped aircraft on your quote.
